Manager of Revenue Cycle Management
Our client, an anesthesia group in North Dallas, is growing and is hiring a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to join their team! The Manager will assist with oversight of the anesthesia billing operation alongside the VP of RCM. This is a critical role for the organization.
To qualify for the role, you must possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but candidates with experience over a degree will be considered.
AAPC, HRMA or CRCM certifications (high preference).
MUST be open to working 100% onsite, 5 days per week.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role with oversight of a mid to large size group.
Must have experience building out processes, policies, workflows, etc.
Must have extensive knowledge in CPT coding, ASA modifiers, payer policies, currency rules and compliance.
Must have a strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare and major commercial payer billing guidelines.
