Seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist to manage accounting functions, support payroll and HR activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role collaborates across departments to streamline processes and maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, AR/AP, reconciliations, and month-end close. Process journal entries, commission payments, and cash flow reports. Support payroll entry, employee time tracking, and onboarding documentation. Manage inventory adjustments and vendor invoice matching in ERP software. Prepare reports for bank, tax, and leadership needs. Collaborate with teams to improve workflows and provide occasional administrative support. Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in accounting (GL, AP/AR). Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s preferred). Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems. Strong organizational and communication skills.
