VP of Accounting
This is a hybrid role in the Columbus, OH area.
Salary: $125,000-155,000

Responsibilities of the VP of Accounting role
Oversee accounting and finance operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, tax preparation, and audits.
Prepare timely financial analyses, summaries, and reports, including cash flow projections and monthly Board reports.
Direct the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and adjust budgets as needed.
Improve or replace ERP software to ensure strong financial controls.
Develop and oversee purchasing strategy and inventory management.
Perform risk management and evaluate / manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Preferred qualifications of the VP of Accounting role
Minimum Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years in financial leadership roles
Strong Leadership and Management Abilities Required
