- Manufacturing-related industry, $20M+ revenue and growing

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE VP of Accounting ROLE:
- Oversee accounting and finance operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, tax preparation, and audits.
- Prepare timely financial analyses, summaries, and reports, including cash flow projections and monthly Board reports.
- Direct the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and adjust budgets as needed.
- Improve or replace ERP software to ensure strong financial controls.
- Develop and oversee purchasing strategy and inventory management.
- Perform risk management and evaluate/manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives. xrczosw
- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE VP of Accounting ROLE:
- Minimum Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years in financial leadership roles
- Strong Leadership and Management Abilities Required
