We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Lead to join our team in Richmond, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing the receiving process, ensuring accuracy in inventory, and maintaining smooth operations within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily receiving activities
Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
Previous experience in warehouse or receiving operations preferred
Previous lead experience
Leadership experience is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, on-site
