SVP of Employer/Health Plan Sales Digital Health/AI-native Remote (NYC/Boston Preferred) Strong Base Commission Equity Strativ have partnered with an AI-native HealthTech innovator that has developed industry-first technology powered by complex algorithms and machine learning. Backed by tier-1 VCs, and recent signatures from large national payers an employers, they’re expanding their team to meet demand for their platform. The S VP of Employer Sales

will be a career hunter turned leader, builder, a high-energy deal-chaser, and strategic planner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

15 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 in leadership

Deep expertise in employer/health plan sales (National Accounts)

Strong broker and benefits consultant relationships

Builder mentality — scrappy, hands-on, high-output, team-scaling mindset

Proven ability to close $1m deals with HR, benefits leaders and health plan execs

Start-up/scale-up experience strongly preferred

HealthTech or employer benefits and health plan sales experience required

Strategic, relationship-first approach to pipeline development and account management

Proven ability to handle the entire sales cycle

Responsibilities:

Act as the focal point for big-ticket customers

Build and scale the sales team to execute on the strategy

Manage and convert a strong, existing pipeline

Own relationships with key stakeholders — brokers, TPAs, insurers, and enterprise employers

Develop and execute strategies to expand employer relationships

Collaborate with leadership on long-term GTM strategy and revenue growth
