We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Seattle, WA to oversee data center build projects. The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and technical aptitude to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non‑value‑add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), handle ambiguity and competing priorities, and understand mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. They will apply project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk management, reporting, and metric tracking. Required experience includes MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint. Experience with Tableau, Kanban, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration is a plus.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience
Master's degree in a related technical field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
