Key Responsibilities

Conduct outpatient neuropsychological evaluations.

Actively consult, interact with, and assist or co‑treat patients and families during rehabilitation, implementing treatment plans according to clinical needs in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an APA/CPA accredited program.

Postdoctoral training in Clinical Neuropsychology.

Board eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology through the ABPP‑CN.

License to practice psychology in the State of Colorado (or ability to obtain).

1‑3 years of related clinical experience at rank (or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation psychology practice.

Experience with veterans, active‑duty, or first responder populations, traumatic brain injury evaluation and rehabilitation, and co‑psychological diagnoses.

Knowledge of human development and psychological theory related to traumatic brain injuries, PTS, human behavior, and addiction.

Understanding of TBI impact on physical and psychological states and relationships; relationship‑building skills across diverse cultural settings.

Knowledge and direct experience in neurotrauma, pain management, sleep health, and rehabilitation services, philosophy, and practice.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Clinical skill in assessment and psychotherapy interventions.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels.

Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude.

Organize and prioritize tasks with minimal direction; maintain a well‑organized work environment.

Problem‑solve, use good judgment, and work with diverse and difficult personalities.

Search and critically review best evidence to guide clinical decision making; share knowledge with colleagues and communicate findings in appropriate language to the public.

Set objectives, establish priorities, and follow initiatives.

Work in continually changing conditions.

Work under moderate to high stress.

Current knowledge of or willingness to learn about military culture.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient computer skills including various applications.
