Piper Companies is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager for an e-learning healthcare platform organization in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Engineering Manager will be leading a team of software engineers and providing technical directions to implementation teams. The Engineering Manager is required to sit on-site 3 days a week in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Responsibilities
Designing, releasing software features, and fixing bug issues.
Recommending best practices for technical issues.
Acting as delivery lead, performing backlog management, sprint planning, and feature refinement.
Examining and evaluating code with the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Extensive experience in .Net Core, C#, Agile, Azure, and SDLC.
Strong leadership skills in mentoring, facilitating code reviews, and developing technical talent.
AZ 900 and AZ204 Certification preferred.
Research Triangle Park, NC Hybrid work environment – 3 days on-site.
Compensation
$120,000 – $160,000 annually
