Bottling Technician II (PM Shift) – BioLegend

We are looking for a Bottling Technician to support our Form, Fill, and Finish Group. In this role you will process product formulations, handle antibody products, cap, label, kit, record batches, and put away finished goods inventory (FGI). You will work closely with core teams in the Bottling Department, Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging, and Quality Control.
Essential Functions
Assist in bottling tasks including dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling vials, tubes, or bottles, and assembling kits.
Formulate products per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, including multi‑component cocktail formulations.
Verify formulation worksheets for correct concentrations, lot numbers, and related information.
Put away finished‑goods products according to designated temperature conditions.
Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Set up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations.
Operate computer‑controlled process support/process equipment (e.g., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machine).
Follow instructions for completion of job tasks.
Adhere to correct procedures, policies, and health/safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and all lab equipment and supplies.
Perform data entry and production documentation tasks as needed.
Participate in other projects or responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience
High school diploma/GED or some college.
1 year of experience in a relevant biotech manufacturing industry.
6 months of experience with automatic filling machines.
Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience
Aseptic technique in a biosafety cabinet.
Demonstrated high levels of teamwork, quality, and productivity.
Base Salary Base salary range for this full‑time position is $21.00 - $23.80 per hour. The actual rate will consider internal equity, location, and additional factors.
Base pay is only one component of the total compensation package. It is offered within a range that allows for career progression and includes potential bonuses, equity, and other benefits dependent on the level and position offered.
Work Environment & Physical Demands Primarily lab work with occasional data entry. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. Repetitive hand use, standing, and arm movement are part of daily tasks.
