Signature HealthCARE of Erin is a 164-bed facility. We have the largest therapy department in the area and offer a rehab-to-home program for short‑term patients, helping maintain the functional level of our long‑term care residents. Overview The ideal Director of Nursing candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and extremely knowledgeable of policies and governmental regulations. They are passionate about supporting and training stakeholders to provide the best possible care to residents.
How You Will Make a Difference
Manage the overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practice, and governmental regulations to maintain excellent care for all residents’ needs.
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing services department, its programs, and activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the long-term care facility.
Assist with the development and approval of the final Interdisciplinary Plan of Care for each resident in coordination with the physician, Medical Director, nursing staff, and outside consultants, in accordance with corporate, state, and federal guidelines.
Confirm accurate completion of forms and reports for the admission, transfer, and discharge of each resident, including nursing portions of the PAE, Initial Nursing Assessment, Minimum Data Set (MDS), Resident Care Plan, and Annual MDS.
What You Need To Make a Difference
Registered Nurse in good standing with current state license.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in long-term care and/or acute care settings.
Minimum of two (2) years of management/supervisory experience.
Current/active CPR certification.
$20K sign‑on bonus and base salary with quarterly bonus up to 24% annually.
