About the Role As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll play a vital role in performing diagnostic and emergency imaging procedures while ensuring each patient receives exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals
Conducting imaging studies with precision and compassion
Monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures
Minimizing radiation exposure for patients and staff
Participating in performance improvement initiatives
Educating patients and supporting a positive healthcare experience
Requirements
Educational Requirements
– Graduation from Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program or acceptable equivalent schooling.
Experience Requirements
– No Experience Required.
State of Florida Licensure Requirements
– Nuclear Medicine Technologist License Required.
Certifications/Registration Requirements
– BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) Required.
