Project Manager
Jobot is a growing construction firm specializing in commercial and retail projects throughout the mountain states and Midwest. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee construction projects for a repeat fitness/health club client. This is a permanent, full‑time, fully remote position with travel to project sites every other week (25‑50% travel overall).
Base Pay Range $100,000 – $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Reviewing and approving project plans and specifications, ensuring they meet our standards.
Managing and supervising construction teams, fostering a positive work environment.
Conducting regular project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
Ensuring all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Managing project budgets, tracking expenses and minimizing cost overruns.
Handling any issues or delays that arise, implementing effective solutions.
Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on health clubs or similar commercial work.
Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, mainly Midwest.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and relevant IT tools.
Commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations.
