Job Overview Food and Consumable associates focus on serving customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
Move incoming merchandise from receiving to sales floor.
Create and update seasonal display features.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise areas.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage of $15‑$28 per hour (will equal or exceed local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid for schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
