What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a technical reference for the team, contributing to architectural decisions and best practices
Develop and enhance high-performance Java applications
Collaborate within hybrid teams to ensure synergy between the employer and clients
Apply modern engineering principles and AI to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the evolution of processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Solid experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, and CDI
Deep knowledge of REST APIs, distributed architectures, and microservices
Proficiency in SQL Server
Experience with Node.js and TypeScript, particularly in microfrontend contexts
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Sonar, and Docker
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with mobile development
Knowledge of digital accessibility
Experience in test automation (Spock, JUnit, Jest)
Familiarity with cloud applications
Previous experience with AI applications in engineering (e.g., automation, diagnostics)
