Company Overview A fast‑growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with $1.3 billion in assets under management is seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team. The firm is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning and dynamic portfolio management to high net worth individuals and families.
Job Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis on various financial planning strategies and identify opportunities to optimize results customized to client goals.
Communicate actively with clients in meetings, presentations, and as part of ongoing relationship management.
Help the team identify new business opportunities and assist in the closing process.
Develop an in‑depth understanding of portfolio construction and risk management.
Participate in team projects, assisting with initiatives designed to streamline firm procedures.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or an equivalent degree plus work experience.
Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience, including estate and tax planning.
CFP® certification required.
Strong understanding of financial planning and investment principles.
Experience with financial technologies such as Salesforce, Orion, eMoney (preferred), and Holistiplan.
Experience serving high net worth clients.
Compensation Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year plus bonus.
