Key Responsibilities
Handle complex commercial litigation and white‑collar matters across a range of industries
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
Represent clients in federal and state courts as well as in regulatory investigations
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity
Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of relevant litigation experience
Strong academic background from a top‑tier law school
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Judicial clerkship experience preferred
Must be admitted to the California Bar
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range:
depending on class year and experience
