Role Overview Looking for an SAP
Service Management / Customer Service / EAM consultant
with strong
Service Order
experience to support the S/4 Service workstream.
Responsibilities
Lead design & configuration for Service Orders
Set up Service Notifications, Orders, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans
Support integration with MM, SD, FI, and Field Service processes
Drive workshops, gather requirements, prepare functional specs
Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and cutover readiness
Align all designs with fit-to-standard S/4HANA best practices
Required Skills
12 years in
SAP SM / CS / EAM
Strong hands‑on knowledge of
Service Order processes
S/4HANA experience preferred (ECC OK with solid CS background)
Public sector experience is a plus
Strong communication & workshop skills
