You Will
Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
Perform administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
Handle patient appointments and perform routing examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.
Required Qualifications
Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
Holistic, evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection prevention, and safer sex practices.
Order and administer immunizations and injections (COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo, and others) and provide evidence‑based vaccine counseling and education.
Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
Proficiency in speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish, where required by the market.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.
Pass a fit test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
Education
Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and a state license to practice in the advanced practice nurse role.
Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience preferred.
At least one year of experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner.
Experience in family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $50.22‑$108.15 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or basis annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs in addition to the base pay range listed above. We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on: 01/01/2026.
