Nurse Practitioner
in our Eastchester, NY clinic to provide high‑quality, accessible care to our patients.

You Will
Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling and disposition planning for patients.
Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow‑up, insurance verification and payment collection, and maintain a clean environment.
Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.
Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests and coordinate with other health professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan.
Encourage patients to become active participants in their own health and well‑being through health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.
Required Qualifications
Holistic, evidence‑based care for patients, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.
Order and administer immunizations and injections (COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence‑based vaccine counseling.
Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
Proficiency in written and spoken language(s) beyond English, including but not limited to Spanish.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.
Pass FIT test and wear the respirator mask when required by protocol.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic if less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider.
Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
Education Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current national board certification and a state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
Pay Range $50.22 – $108.15 per hour. This is the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for the position within our job grade. Final offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors. The role also offers eligibility for CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive programs.
