Starting Pay: $24.00 – $28.18 per hour*
*Compensation based on experience and education
Experience Pay:
Up to $3.36/hr for related RBT experience
Education Pay:
+$0.48/hr (Bachelor’s), +$0.72/hr (Master’s)

Responsibilities
Direct supervision of daily routine ASD on a 1:1 basis (individuals are minimally verbal and/or non-verbal Autism population)
Implement activities for daily living/activity programming
Facilitate Communication (typically PECS) Programming
Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
Provide interventions to children with emotional support and behavioral health needs
De-escalate and mitigate behaviors
Documentation/shift notes
Location Viera Campus (Viera, FL)
Qualifications Education
High school diploma or GED
required
Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
required
Experience
At least 1 year experience working with children or adolescents with behavior challenge.

Schedule
Must be able to complete a two-week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientation is held in Titusville.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Required to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
Other Requirements
Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.
Valid driver's license. Occasional driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes. Must be able to drive a car and a passenger van (which holds up to 15 passengers).
