We are a growing organization looking for a Superintendent with at least five years of construction management experience on small and large projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, convention centers, laboratories, correctional facilities, institutional, multi-family, and retail projects.
The Superintendent will be responsible for full project field responsibility of projects in excess of $35 million, leading and managing subcontractors and employees, and overseeing all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion for K‑12, education, office, mobile, and more.
Qualifications: Minimum five years of construction management experience on diverse projects; strong technical and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to meet schedule and budget goals.
