Commercial Construction Superintendent in the Minneapolis, MN area. We are looking for a next step in your career with an accomplished team. Projects focus on Mission Critical, Office, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and large commercial construction. Qualifications
New construction and large‑scale renovation projects. 5+ years of experience as a lead or superintendent. Ability to track subcontractor progress, maintain the project schedule, and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance. Responsible for quality control and safety of the project, with demonstrable ability to lead concurrent project phases. Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients. Large project experience a plus ($20M+). Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Preferred
Knowledge of carpentry or prior experience. Experience in technology, data centers, healthcare, retail, office, multifamily, and general commercial construction. Compensation & Benefits
