Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.

Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Certified Internal Auditor for relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Bilingual proficiency relevant to the workforce or supply chain.
