Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve product and process quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction (NPI) to ensure quality requirements are met from design to launch.
Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution for incoming materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in core quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, CAPA).
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or relevant industry quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA, CSSBB).
Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.
Experience with ERP systems, particularly the Quality Management (QM) module in SAP.
