Work Schedule Full time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Pay $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
Qualifications
2 years of previous related experience preferred.

Job Summary Cuts delicatessen meats, vegetables, and cheeses with slicing machine, knives or other cutters; prepares and serves sandwiches, salads and other cold food items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from Chef.
Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments and salads using approved production standards.
Stock and replenish deli/cold products and condiments following merchandising guidelines.
Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstation, stove and refrigerator.
Store food in designated areas following HACCP standard wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
Clean, sanitize and maintain counters, work surfaces, refrigeration units and floors.
Place meat, cheese or vegetables on cutting board, cut slices to designated thickness, operate slicing machine.
Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
Maintain clean, safe work environment to comply with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
