Responsibilities
Perform MRI imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
Prepare patients for MRI exams, ensuring comfort and safety
Operate MRI equipment following established protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to optimize imaging results
Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control policies
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Certified in Basic Life Support or Advanced Life Support
Current MRI Technologist license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)
Certified MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
