Why Join Our Team? Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full‑time RN to work the night shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 1 (Voluntary Psych/Dual diagnosis for psych) with 14 beds.
We understand the unique recovery challenges of people with co‑occurring disorders and treat both conditions at the same time. Outcomes show that this approach reduces the risk of relapse and improves chances of long‑term recovery.
Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health, 905 Herrontown Road, Princeton, NJ.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a plan of nursing care based on goals derived from identified needs; revises the patients’ individualized plan of care as indicated.
Implements individualized nursing plan of care, consistent with established policies, procedures and protocols.
Evaluates and documents patient responses to nursing care, and participates in evaluating and improving the delivery of care on the unit.
Demonstrates accuracy in entering medication orders on the computer and medication administration.
Provides appropriate coordination of care and intervention to patients undergoing a psychiatric or medical emergency.
Scheduling Requirements
Five night shifts (11 pm–7 am) per week.
Every other weekend requirement.

Bachelor’s degree required, or in pursuit.
Associate’s Degree RN with greater than five years of clinical experience in a clinical specialty may be considered.
Related Work Experience
Fifteen months of RN experience required.
Licensure, Certification or Registration Requirements
Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Active RN NJ license required.
Salary $49.96 – $68.99 per hour.
