Responsibilities
Provide Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16
Treat acute inpatient patients at Scripps Mercy Hospital
Treat lymphedema upper extremity and head & neck patients at Prebys Cancer Center
Incentives
$4,000 New Hire Retention Incentive: 30% at 3 months and 70% at 12 months
$3,000 Relocation bonus for moves exceeding 100 miles
Note:
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives: internal candidates and rehires who left Scripps less than 3 years ago.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Licensed as a PT in California, or pending CA PT license (must have license to start)
Current BLS Certificate from the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience
At least one year of experience as a PT in an acute care setting
Lymphedema experience
Upper extremity experience
Oncology experience
Position Pay Range: $54.24 – $78.66 per hour
