What You Will Do as a Human Resources Generalist As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our workforce of 300 employees (full‑time, seasonal, and part‑time). Your responsibilities will include:
Benefits Administration: Manage open enrollment and maintain the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now).
Onboarding Seasonal Workforce: High‑volume onboarding and training in Spanish.
Compliance & Reporting: ACA, EEO, OSHA logs, FMLA, and workers’ comp coordination.
Other Duties: CDL driver paperwork and drug testing.
Back up Payroll – when Payroll Coordinator is out of office.
What We’re Looking For in a Human Resources Generalist
2+ years of HR experience; HRIS experience (ADP preferred).
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – essential for onboarding and communication.
HR certification.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, strong customer service mindset.
Career Path: Start as a Human Resources Generalist with potential to grow into HR Manager.
This role will be in the office 5 days a week.
