The facility features 4 operating rooms and specializes in ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management and more. The role offers a balanced work‑life schedule with no call responsibilities and professional growth opportunities within a high‑quality, service‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Scrub for surgical procedures; demonstrate competency as part of the surgical team. Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures. Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment related to procedures. Support the center’s philosophy, objectives, and goals. Participate in quality improvement activities. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent education and experience. Certification required by state and/or center. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient. Proficiency in aseptic techniques and ability to adapt quickly to sudden changes in patient condition. Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians. Benefits
