Overview
AdventHealth for Children, a nationally recognized pediatric hospital nestled in the heart of Central Florida, is seeking a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our expanding Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastics Division in Fall 2026. This rare opportunity offers a key leadership role in expanding a high‑acuity, high‑volume practice with focus on cranio‑facial and cranio‑maxillofacial surgery (including cleft lip/palate and craniosynostosis), general pediatric plastic surgery, pediatric microsurgery and nerve reconstruction, and advanced adult reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment that values teamwork, research, and surgical excellence. Academic appointment and research support are available through AdventHealth’s medical education and research institutes.

Qualifications
Board‑certified/board‑eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Fellowship training in Craniofacial and/or Pediatric Plastic Surgery
FL Medical license or ability to obtain

Practice Description This is an employed opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG). Hospital Description AdventHealth for Children is a full‑service tertiary children’s hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds, a 102‑bed NICU, a 17‑bed pediatric emergency department, a statewide pediatric network, and advanced programs including open‑heart surgery, epilepsy, bone marrow transplant, solid organ transplant, and NICU services. The hospital has been recognized by US News and World Report, the Leapfrog Group, and is a magnet designated hospital.
Location Description We are located in an outpatient center close to the campus of AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, Florida. The area offers world‑class attractions, high‑quality schools, and ample employment opportunities.
