About The Organization & Performance (O&P) Practice Our O&P practice empowers clients to align their organizational structures and operations with strategic objectives, fostering sustainable growth and enhanced performance. The Operations & Supply Chain team within O&P supports clients in evolving supply chain strategies and improving performance across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
Core Capabilities
Supply chain strategy: designing models aligned to business goals to optimize footprint, operating model, and capabilities.
Planning: improving demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management.
Procurement: identifying sourcing opportunities and delivering cost savings through smarter purchasing.
Manufacturing: enhancing productivity, network optimization, and digital enablement.
Distribution: refining networks to improve cost‑efficiency, customer service, and scalability.
Logistics: optimizing transportation and last‑mile logistics for reduced costs and improved service.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Associates and/or Associate Consultants from project inception to conclusion.
Break down and outline key strategic issues for each client.
Design and supervise core research tasks and day‑to‑day analyses.
Develop presentations and deliverable structures.
Communicate project conclusions to client senior management.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to junior staff.
Travel to client sites as required to deepen engagement and broaden exposure.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement or 3–5 years of full‑time professional experience post‑graduation in a relevant field.
Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; backgrounds may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend of both.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary:
$185,000 USD
(Consultant)
$200,000 USD
(Senior Consultant). Total potential compensation ranges from
$250,000 USD
to
$290,000 USD
including performance bonuses and profit sharing. Additional benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, sick leave, and short‑ and long‑term disability insurance.
International candidates will be considered. L.E.K. Consulting will assist with employment authorization where necessary but cannot guarantee work authorization will be granted.
