Requirements
MS Engineering Management (or equivalent).
Relevant coursework or experience in Product Development, Product Management, Finance, Economics, Business Analysis, Business Management, or Data Analysis.
Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management, Scrum Master.
Duties
Analyze complex business problems and opportunities to drive optimal, cost-effective solutions improving business processes, workflows, and systems.
Collaborate with project sponsors/stakeholders to determine project scope and vision.
Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of stakeholders, including internal sponsors and end users.
Collaborate with development teams and architects to design solutions that address business needs.
Lead enterprise-level projects: perform fit-gap analysis, requirement analysis, develop & maintain project artifacts, manage scope, ensure efficient on-time delivery.
Act as primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Conduct end-user interviews, requirement analysis workshops, lead Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, testing inspections, and other project meetings throughout the lifecycle.
Create vision and scope documentation, use cases, process flows, wireframes, business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and associated work products for complex projects.
Document product specifications as epics and user stories to support Agile development and prioritization.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Develop and manage RFPs to ensure effective technology procurements.
Perform qualitative & quantitative risk analysis, develop risk responses and management strategy.
Provide key insights to senior management derived from reports.
Conduct dry runs, A/B testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for multiple projects.
Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
