Compensation:
$200K - $300K base, plus commission and RSUs.

Sales Leadership, Modular Memory, DDR4/DDR5 DIMMs, DRAM, NAND, SSD, PCIe/CXL, Cloud Service Providers (CSP).
Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales - Memory to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the semiconductor memory sector. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, particularly in the areas of DRAM and NAND products, and will focus on expanding our market presence with an emphasis on Tier 2 Cloud Service Providers and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets in the memory segment.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Cloud Service Providers and OEMs.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends related to DDR4, DDR5, and high-density server memory solutions.
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demands.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision‑making and optimize sales performance.
Participate in key negotiations and contract discussions with major clients.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our memory solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the semiconductor industry, specifically with memory products.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth from $50M to $200M range and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of DDR4, DDR5, DRAM, NAND, DIMMs, PCIe, and CXL technologies.
Experience working with Cloud Service Providers and OEM sales.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
