Compensation:
$100,000–$110,000 annually + 10% bonus target
Our client, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a
Senior Accountant
to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to financial operations that support innovative energy initiatives and decarbonization goals. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for various finance and accounting duties on behalf of the Baltimore business unit, and will report to the Director of Finance.

As a Senior Accountant, You Will
Prepare month-end accruals, journal entries, and ensure GAAP compliance.
Manage full income statement and balance sheet responsibilities.
Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Track costs for capital projects and assist with billing activity.
Support internal/external financial reporting and audits.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and presentation of monthly business reviews.
Senior Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or CPA candidate
Minimum 3 years in public accounting (Big Four or similar).
Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ability to work independently.
Ability to multi-task and contribute productively to a team environment.
