Position Description Manages long-range artillery programs, including PrSM, GMLRS, HIMARS, and related fire support systems. Provides analysis and recommendations on capability development, modernization, and resource allocation. Develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing performance, affordability, and operational impact. Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, and ARSTAF to align long‑range precision fires modernization with Army and Joint priorities.

Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business

A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties

Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability. Proficient in evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems. Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data‑driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization.
