Transparency Team Analyst – OBXtek
Position offering analytical and technical support within the Documentation Branch, ensuring Army authorization and requirements documentation integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities
Provides analytical and technical support to the Documentation Branch in maintaining and validating Army authorization and requirements documentation.
Manages updates to MTOE, TDA, and BOIP data to ensure force structure accuracy and compliance with Army policies.
Coordinates with HQDA G-3/5/7 Force Management, ASA(ALT), and AMC to align documentation with approved capabilities and modernization plans.
Prepares reports, briefings, and data summaries supporting SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC reviews.
Ensures configuration control, version tracking, and audit readiness across documentation systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
Minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
Expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability, including evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems
Advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data‑driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization
Must possess a
DoD Secret
security clearance
