Treasury Manager
Segrera Associates is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Treasury Manager for a fast‑growing private equity‑backed company located in Tampa, FL. The Treasury Manager will support daily treasury operations and help build scalable processes as they continue rapid growth and acquisitions.
Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead daily cash posting, positioning, wires, ACH, and payment operations
Manage bank account setup/maintenance, user access, and partner banking transitions
Oversee merchant processing, monthly reconciliations, and fee reviews
Maintain Positive Pay, approve ACH activity, and enforce treasury controls
Build short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasts; support Accounting and FP&A reporting
Manage banking relationships and identify automation and process‑improvement opportunities
Support audits, lender reporting, and ad‑hoc treasury projects
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of treasury or finance experience (multi‑entity strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking platforms
Proficiency with TMS tools and Excel; excellent accuracy, organization, and communication
Collaborative, proactive mindset in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
CTP certification
Treasury system implementation experience
