Base Pay Range $65.00/hr – $68.00/hr
About the Role As a
Speech Language Pathologist Evaluator , you will conduct evaluations and provide ongoing therapy services in homes, community, and clinic settings across the New York metro area including Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties.
Job Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over.
Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and other community environments.
Follow individualized therapy plans, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
Prepare progress reports as required.
Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations; submitted within established timelines.
Qualifications
Must have a passion for working with children and families.
NYS‑licensed Speech-Language Pathologist .
Self‑motivated team player with patience and professionalism.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, or using public transportation such as bus or train.
Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods.
