Regional Sales Manager (Transportation Equipment Sales)
HireneXus is partnering with a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to add a Regional Sales Manager to their team in New England. This organization specializes in providing loans and leases to businesses in the fleet transportation industry. With a presence across North America, the team sources business through end‑users, equipment vendors, and manufacturers, handling transaction sizes ranging from $100,000 to $2,500,000.

The ideal candidates will be self‑starters with a passion for building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Commercial Finance experience within the transportation industry is a must. Experience selling trucks and/or trailers is a plus.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities at both the end‑user and dealer levels.
Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.
CRM & Sales Tracking: Leverage the company’s CRM system to manage leads, track sales activity, and implement targeted marketing strategies.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
Deal Execution: Facilitate customer applications, oversee transaction closings, and manage various responsibilities within the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Key Success Factors
Demonstrated success in sales within equipment finance, equipment sales, or a related industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person.
Familiarity with the equipment finance process (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Self‑motivated and driven to expand a sales territory and build a strong book of business.
Willingness to travel as needed.
