Mobile Crane Sales Executive – Seattle/Bothell

What You'll Do
Own and grow the Seattle/Bothell territory for mobile crane & rigging services
Prospect new accounts, including general contractors, specialty contractors, and industrial plants
Nurture existing relationships to maximize account growth and retention
Conduct site walks and scope lifts with operations/estimating teams
Align solutions with customer safety and schedule requirements
Prepare quotes and proposals with accurate pipeline forecasting
Maintain detailed CRM records for territory management excellence
Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, project management, engineering, and safety teams
Represent Our Company at customer meetings, precons, and industry events
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
Core Requirements:
3+ years outside sales experience in construction, heavy equipment, crane/rigging, or industrial services
Technical aptitude for discussing rigging basics, crane capacities, load charts, and site constraints
Proven sales skills in territory planning, prospecting, solution selling, and contract negotiation
Safety‑first mindset with customer‑centric, organized, and resilient approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Local network of contacts in Seattle construction market
Understanding of permitting, traffic control, and jobsite logistics
Familiarity with lift‑planning tools and software
Experience with complex engineered lifting solutions
Salary and Benefits Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
The range is provided by Systematic Business Consulting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Annual Bonus and Performance Bonus Opportunities.
