T3i is looking for a full‑time Master Technical Support Operations (MTSO) / SOF Tactical Cyber Operator (STCO) Instructor. The MTSO/STCO Instructor will teach all aspects of the MARSOC SOF Tactical Cyber - Technical Surveillance Course and manage a cadre of SME instructors to deliver instruction for all course/program objectives. The instructor will also provide input on course materials, curriculum, training school sequence and methods of delivery to support training program objectives. This position is contingent on the award of a government contract to T3i.
Responsibilities
Have knowledge and proficiency to teach all aspects of the SOF Tactical Cyber - Technical Surveillance Course POI, including SOF Cyber Basics, Publicly Available Information, Surveillance – 802.11 / Bluetooth Survey, Method of Entry, Close Target Reconnaissance, Cyber Operations, Basic Electronics, and Commercial off the Shelf Construction.
Effectively manage program cadre to ensure all personnel are fully qualified, remain abreast of current and emerging technologies, and are tactically and technologically proficient in the latest TTPs related to the core tasks of the MARSOC Tactical Cyber, Technical Surveillance Operations, and MRTC Special Operations Forces Level I Special Reconnaissance Course.
Provide input on distribution of course assignments weighing each instructor's aptitudes, knowledge, experience and current workload to ensure successful assignment of primary and assistant instructors.
Remain proficient and capable of providing instruction/SME input for all of the following areas:
SOF Tactical Cyber Activities
Software Defined Radio, RF / 802.11 / BT / SDR Survey
All phases of Adversary Emulation Operations
Command Line Interface (CLI)
Linux, and Windows Operating Systems
Shell scripting, programming language and Python scripting language
OSI Model
Network Security Basics
Vulnerability Research
Research and developing new exploitation techniques
Digital Camera Operations and Surveillance Photography
Remote Camera Operations
Close Target Reconnaissance (CTR) instruction to include Practical Exercise Scenario Development
Surveillance instruction to include Practical Exercise Scenario Development
Tactical Audio and Video Instructions (TAVS)
Basic Electronics and Commercial Off the Shelf Electronics Modification
Fabrication Instruction
Method of Entry Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3
Tracking Devices to include Satellite, Iridium, RF, DF and Global Star
Practical Exercise Scenario Development

Required Skills and Experience
Graduate of a U.S. Assessment & Selection and Operator Qualifications course
10 years of Technical Support Operations experience as either a military member or DoD civilian
6 years performing as an Instructor for a SOCOM SOF Tactical Cyber Operator (STCO) or Technical Surveillance Operation (TSO) course with experience in ALL 5 primary phases of instruction; Cyber Basics, Surveillance, Cyber Operations - Tagging, Tracking and Locating, Close Target Reconnaissance, and Methods of Entry.
5 years’ experience performing STCO - TSO scenario development for realistic military training in off‑base scenarios.
2 years’ experience reviewing, editing, formatting and validating course materials for submission consistent with Marine Corps Training Information Management System requirements.
Graduate of MARSOF Tactical Cyber Course or MARSOF Technical Surveillance Course, Special Forces Brighton Course or a SOCOM Technical Surveillance – SOF Cyber Course that encompasses ALL 5 primary phases of instruction: Cyber Basics, Surveillance, Cyber Operations - Tagging, Tracking and Locating, Close Target Reconnaissance, and Methods of Entry.
Graduate of a Formal School Instructor Course (FSIC)

Previous work experience with the MARSOC Special Reconnaissance program
