Responsibilities

Develop and deliver specialized training programs on signature reduction techniques.

Facilitate real‑world scenarios to provide practical application of signature reduction principles.

Assess student performance, ensuring comprehension and readiness for operational deployment.

Provide individualized support to students related to signature reduction concepts and techniques.

Stay current with emerging technologies, threats, and methodologies related to signature reduction.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.

L3 and SFQC, SEAL or MARSOC, qualification graduate.

Female instructors should be a graduate of a Military Source Operations (MSO) Cat 1, Field Tradecraft Course (FTC) or Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC).

4 years operational or 8 years interagency experience.

DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC) Certified.

Have conducted L2 training within 12 months.

Possess Active Top Secret clearance with SCI indoctrination.

Possess driver’s license, credit card, and insurance.

Ability to walk 6 consecutive miles; skilled in map reading, land navigation, air and land infiltration, communications, planning, and report writing.

Ability to use MS Office.

Desired Skills

ATC or APC Graduate.

Former L3 instructor.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Familiarity with instructional design principles and training methodologies.

Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual platforms and multimedia aids.
