Senior System Administrator (Managed Service Provider)
We are a growing Managed Services Provider looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our project and modernization team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing, delivery‑oriented environment and enjoys architecting and implementing cloud‑forward solutions across Azure and hybrid infrastructures. You will work closely with technical leadership and project teams to transform client environments, improve reliability, and guide businesses through strategic technology upgrades.
Base Pay Range $115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
What You Will Do
Perform technical assessments and develop actionable project plans。
Design and deploy Azure workloads, identity integrations, and cloud services。
Execute infrastructure upgrades including server builds, virtualization, storage, and networking improvements。
Implement security, backup, and continuity solutions to enhance resilience。
Coordinate project tasks, communication, and documentation across teams。
Partner directly with clients to align technical solutions with their operational goals。
What You Bring
Strong MSP background supporting and delivering infrastructure and cloud projects。
Hands‑on experience with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments。
Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms。
Solid understanding of networking, routing, switching, and secure connectivity。
Ability to lead client conversations, scope solutions, and communicate clearly。
Proven success delivering migrations, rebuilds, or cloud modernization initiatives。
Consultative mindset with strong ownership of planning and execution。
