We are hiring a
System Administrator
with MSP experience who is a well rounded problem solver and comfortable balancing day to day support with remediation work tied to projects. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience who wants to own client environments, strengthen their server and cloud skills, and grow into more advanced engineering work.
What You Will Do
Administer and support client environments across Microsoft 365, Windows, and core infrastructure
Handle escalations from Level 1 support and own issues through resolution with strong documentation
Manage user and access changes including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and MFA policies
Support Windows Server and Active Directory tasks including GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file share access
Support Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Use Intune for endpoint management including deployments, patching, and security baselines
Monitor client systems and respond to alerts, completing proactive maintenance and remediation
Assist with project work such as upgrades, migrations, refreshes, and standardization tasks
Provide white glove onsite support when needed and build strong client relationships
What You Bring
2 to 3 years of hands on IT support experience with MSP experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Comfortable working in hybrid environments with a client first mindset
Experience with Azure fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients
