Base pay range $32.00/hr - $43.00/hr
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor vendor management team; Oversee workload, training, and quality standards
Act as escalation point for vendor issues and cross-functional inquiries
Manage complete vendor setup and maintenance in enterprise systems
Communicate onboarding requirements clearly to suppliers and stakeholders
Ensure accurate submission and validation of required documentation (tax, banking, compliance, etc.)
Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other teams to maintain accurate vendor data
Monitor shared inbox and deliver high-quality customer service
Support planning and continuity tasks during critical operational periods
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to measure efficiency
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to vendor workflows
Track bottlenecks, risks, and readiness metrics; Report to leadership
Assist with special projects and system transitions as needed
Requirements
3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
3-5+ years in vendor management, procurement, master data, or supply chain
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexibility to work onsite as required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
