About the role As a Senior Consultant based in the US, you will be part of our international team working with insurance clients in the US and Canadian markets, with a focus on P&C insurance. After years of successful growth in Europe, Sollers is now expanding our presence in North America — and in this role, you will have a real impact on shaping and developing Sollers’ business in the US. You will take on both advisory and delivery responsibilities, contributing to project success and the growth of our business in the region.
Project & Delivery
Act as a Project Manager of IT project teams for insurance companies.
Lead large Agile projects or independently manage project streams.
Act as a Product Owner or business architect as needed.
Partner with our Clients to solve complex challenges through your knowledge and experience.
Conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with software developers and IT architects.
Act in the role of Relationship Manager with new & current clients.
Lead B2B sales efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling.
Present new ideas to clients and participate in discussions with key stakeholders.
Coordinate preparation of proposals, present proposals to the clients’ key stakeholders.
Company & Team Development
Strong teamwork attitude – able to support the team in different situations.
Lead your own area within the company, independently or with support from an experienced supervisor.
Drive team engagement and motivate others to take ownership of topics.
Challenge the strategic decisions on development directions when necessary.
Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving across the company.
About the requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience within a consulting environment in IT projects within the US/Canada P&C insurance market.
Experience with Guidewire implementation projects.
A comprehensive understanding of how insurance companies operate, including relevant processes and business models.
Experience in functional design and implementation of IT solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients.
Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems.
Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables.
Proven team management skills and accountability for team results.

Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting, particularly in insurance.
