Connecting clients and candidates in Insurance/InsurTech – relationship driven recruiter Our client is a consulting and technology integration business serving the US and Canadian P&C insurance market. The organisation is expanding its North American footprint following sustained growth in Europe and is investing in agile, high quality delivery for insurers.
Key responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end delivery for insurance IT projects, acting as Project Manager for cross‑functional teams
Lead large Agile initiatives or independently run project workstreams to agreed scope, time, and quality
Serve as Product Owner or business architect when required, shaping backlogs and solution design
Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and translate needs into actionable delivery plans
Build and maintain senior client relationships, including steering challenging conversations and presenting proposals
Lead B2B sales activities such as cross‑sell and up‑sell, and contribute to bid responses and presentations
Mentor and support team members, fostering collaboration with developers and solution architects
Drive internal initiatives that strengthen engagement, ownership, and effective communication across teams
Skills & Experience
Significant experience in consulting on IT projects within the US or Canada P&C insurance market
Direct experience on Guidewire implementation projects
Strong knowledge of insurer operations, processes, and business models
Proven track record in functional design and implementation of IT solutions
Hands‑on project management, with accountability for team outcomes
Excellent client communication skills and the ability to handle difficult messages constructively
In addition to the base salary, there is a bonus of around 10%, alongside clear progression opportunities and structured development support
