Job Title: E-Commerce Auction Lister Department: E-Commerce FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt Reports to: E-Commerce Manager Pay Rate $21.49 per hour

Position Overview The E-Commerce Auction Lister identifies collectible items and lists them on eBay and other marketplaces. This role is also responsible for data entry, packing, shipping and tracking of sales.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Survey donations to identify specialty and collectible items to list on e-Commerce (eBay and other marketplaces).

Receive and sort items from Evergreen Goodwill locations.

Research, photograph and list auctions on eBay and other marketplaces, providing pictures and detailed descriptions to maximize value.

Provide customer service and communicate with internal and external customers in a timely manner.

Maintain an eBay rating of at least 98 %.

Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.

Meet the required daily productivity quotas.

Perform data entry and track items sold and shipped.

Maintain a daily tracking log of listed items.

Maintain a clean work environment.

Demonstrate safe work practices and report any potential hazards or accidents.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements Education and Experience

High school graduate or equivalency preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of E-Commerce book processes is preferred.

Experience listing items on eBay preferred; familiarity with digital photography preferred.

Computer/Technology Skills

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Internet research skills.

Ability to learn new technology and software related to the job.

Physical Abilities While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to lift and carry up to 30‑40 pounds; have developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers); stand for long periods, frequently bend, kneel, reach, stoop, squat, push, climb ladders; and travel across a variety of surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain). The employee must be able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills, and maintain reliable attendance.
